Portugal is already through to the round of 16 after two wins. I expect to see a bit of rotation from this squad. Mostly, I want to see Leao get a chance to start. I love his game and he already has a goal as a substitute. He is an important player for Portugal’s future along with Felix. South Korea has struggled this tournament and Son from Tottenham has continued his Casper impression. He has been a ghost for club and country after winning the EPL golden boot. Yes, I know he has been injured on and off, but this is a hell of a fall from the spotlight.

I think Portugal handle business here and clean sweep the group stage.

Brazil is already through to the next round. They will likely play a heavy rotation up top and in the midfield. Personally, I’d keep the back line playing together because they are red hot and you don’t want that form to disappear. I think Rodrygo, Antony, Martinelli, and Jesus will all get time on the pitch in this match. Yeah. That’s Brazil’s backups. That’s how deep this squad is.

If I am right, and Rodrygo gets the start, there is no way my inner Madrid fan does not immediately take him for a goal. I also love Antony’s game and will take a long look at his props as well. Cameroon has had a really nice tournament. Their 3-3 draw vs Serbia was impressive and should have grabbed people’s attention. This one will require lineups before I can give you player props for certain. But I think Brazil keep yet another clean sheet and sweep their group.

The winner of this game will likely advance as the 2nd place team out of groups. I lean Serbia here after watching them produce offense against an underrated Cameroon squad. Switzerland defends well and maximizes their scoring opportunities. Both of these teams are card prone. Serbia is the most carded team in the tournament over the last 10 games and it should be clear why after that Brazil match.

This one will be extremely physical. The over on bookings is worth a look if you have that market. Mitrovic got in the back of the net last match and I look for the EPL striker to keep cooking. I will be interested to see what Shaqiri’s status for this game is with Switzerland. I will probably look at his props if he is fit as this will be his last World Cup. If Switzerland win and go through, I think it will be because of some Shaqiri magic.
